Logistics partners
We deliver directly to the delivery address you specify with our logistics partners. Our logistics partners sometimes also work locally with external carriers. You can track the delivery by means of tracking. If possible, you will be informed of the tracking number after the shipment has been made.

We currently deliver to the following countries:

  • Denmark, France, Great Britain, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden

Orders can of course be placed from any country in the world, in which case delivery and shipping costs must be checked individually.

Delivery
The ordered goods are normally delivered to the recipient within 5 working days after receipt of payment. Our shipping partners are leading logistics companies worldwide. On Saturday afternoons, Sundays, public holidays, Christmas and New Year's Eve there is no delivery. In case of delivery delays or delivery problems we will inform you immediately.
 
Delivery reservation
In case of unavailability of the goods, we are not obliged to deliver. We will inform you as soon as possible and refund any payments already made by you without delay. In the case of special offers, we can only deliver while stocks last. We are generally entitled to make partial deliveries.

Incomplete / faulty delivery
If you notice that your ordered goods are incomplete or that you have ordered a different item, please contact us immediately by phone: +39 0473 292160 or by e-mail: info@tyrolbox.com. Please notify us so that we can have an incorrect delivery picked up by our logistics partner. If you wish to return the parcel yourself, please send it back to us as a standard postal parcel. We will then reimburse you for the costs incurred. Please make absolutely sure that you receive an undamaged parcel from the carrier. If you wish to accept an only slightly damaged parcel, please write the note "with reservation" on the acceptance slip. Without this note, the acceptance of an opened or damaged parcel is tacitly deemed to be a proper delivery.
 
Order acceptance
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the "Send order" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. The confirmation of your order together with the order acceptance will be sent immediately after sending by an automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation, the purchase contract is concluded. The prices charged are those that were valid on the day of the order.

The shipping costs are calculated as follows:

  • Italy: from 8,60 €
  • Germany: from 9,80 €
  • Austria: from 10,70 €
  • Switzerland: from € 44.30
  • Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: from €10.40
  • Bulgaria, Croatia, Ireland, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Hungary: from € 19.10
  • Denmark, France, Great Britain, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden: from 16,- €

Prices
All our prices are inclusive of VAT. You will receive an invoice from us for the ordered products. The ordered products remain our property until full payment has been received.
 
Invoicing
Our invoices are issued in Euro (€).

The estimated shipping costs can only be used if the basket is not empty.
